To qualify for a free replacement, simply follow these 3 steps:

1. Record an Unboxing Video: Before you cut the tape, turn on your phone camera. Record a clear video of the parcel while it is still sealed.
2. Show the Condition: Show the outer condition of the box, then carefully unbox the item.
3. Report the Damage: If you discover any damage, send that video to our WhatsApp support team within 15 days of delivery.

Once our team verifies the video, we will immediately arrange to send you a brand-new replacement at no extra cost.

What is Covered?

• Any items that arrive broken, cracked, or shattered due to transit issues.
• Missing components or parts that were damaged inside the box.
• This guarantee applies to all products in our store, including water sets, dinner sets, non-stick cookware, and electrical appliances.

Important Guidelines

• The Unboxing Video is Mandatory: Because we want to provide the fastest service possible, the unboxing video serves as our only proof of transit damage. Without it, we cannot verify the claim.
• Transit Damage Only: Our guarantee covers damage that occurs during the shipping process. It does not cover items that are broken after they have been used or handled by the customer at home.
• Exchange Policy: This guarantee provides a replacement/exchange for the damaged item. It does not apply to “change of mind” returns unless the item is in its original, unused, and sealed packaging.
